This is four of 8 chibi commission samples I have.
Thanks my little cook Joshua.
Commissioned animations will not be as crappy as this, I didn't save the .psd file before I began to animate and it basically taught me a lesson, as to save. Anywho the background stuff will not move that fast, I didn't double layer it, and I can adjust the speed of the animation on my photoshop.
